Joshin Raghubar 
CEO




Joshin’s passion is to create value by weaving together creative ideas, relationships, emerging trends, talented people, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to action.

Prior to founding iKineo, Joshin started his career at Interactive Africa, where he was extensively involved in the 2006 Soccer World Cup Bid; project-managed the transcontinental African Connection Rally; and managed the International Design Indaba.

Joshin serves as a director of the Cape Information Technology Initiative (CITi), the public/ private sector agency tasked with development of the region as a Technology cluster; and currently serves as Chairman of the Bandwidth Barn which is Africa’s leading non-profit business incubator and accelerator for technology businesses. He has also recently joined the board of the South African Chamber of Commerce in America. Joshin has a Business Science (Honours) degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Cape Town, and a Masters in Development Studies (Cum Laude) at the University of Western Cape’s Institute for Social Development.

Joshin is a Fellow of the Southern Africa-United States Centre for Leadership & Public Values 2007/8 Emerging Leaders Programme; and was selected in 2006 as a Transformation Thinker by the Bertelsman Institute and the GTZ, as part of their global Transformation Thinkers programme. Joshin is a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.





Sean Mulvey 
Business Director




Sean Mulvey is the Business Director responsible for client service and retention.

Sean has deep experience in the CRM arena for the last 15 years. He has been involved with setting up and managing programs for the likes of, British American Tobacco, Unilever HPC, Coca Cola & Simply Squeezed. Prior to joining iKineo, among other duties, he led the agency team looking after the Distell CRM portfolio (including brands such as, Flight Of The Fish Eagle, Van Ryn’s Brandy, Oude Meester, Durbanville Hills Wines & Two Oceans). Sean was also responsible for managing the Distell CRM program from a Distell business point of view.

Sean has two young sons who keep him busy outside of iKineo.

Elizabeth Lee Ming 
Senior Business Unit Director




Elizabeth Lee Ming has been appointed to head up the Johannesburg offices of iKineo. Passionate about CRM and driving thought leadership in Customer-centricity, her career has taken her from the USA to the UK working for a number of blue chip organisations. Her experience covers Customer Relationship Management, CRM strategy implementation, Below the Line and Digital Marketing. She has worked independently as a Consultant and has experience across a number of industries including media, retail, motoring and petroleum.


She has spent the last 3 years heading up CRM at Ster-Kinekor Theatres where she was responsible for the management of their Award-winning Loyalty Programmes and Digital platforms. This includes all communication to the members across various touchpoints to deliver on retention and frequency strategies, customer insight to determine appropriate acquisition and retention strategies and the innovative use of technology to ensure Ster-Kinekor Theatres remains the entertainment provider of choice. She has completed her formal tertiary education at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Kyle Davies 
Client Service & Senior Account Director




Prior to joining iKineo, Kyle accumulated over 11 years CRM experience. After matriculating in Somerset West he studied, lived and worked in Germany for over 10 years where he gained his CRM experience at Wunderman – working on blue chip clients like Lufthansa, Ford, Accenture, Xerox and Microsoft. Since Kyle’s return to the sunny South African shores, he has worked on the British American Tobacco Account as a CRM Strategist.

After a comprehensive two year trainee programme at Europe’s leading CRM agency, Kyle went on to do his Degree in Marketing and Communication at the Academy of Marketing and Communication in Frankfurt.

Anli Kotzé 
Account Director




Ahead of joining iKineo, Anli gained digital marketing and CRM experience with Europe’s biggest online betting company, Betfair.


With a great passion for digital marketing, customer management and brand strategy she constantly scours the internet for the latest trends and developments. 


Anli represented South Africa Hockey at the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games, captained the SA Hockey Team and earned a Philosophy honours degree through Stellenbosch University.


Having joined iKineo’s Cape Town office Anli is looking forward to building a high-quality career and rediscovering the Western Cape after her time abroad.

Leezl Kaschula 
Head of Production




Leezl has extensive production & digital experience, having cut her teeth at MWEB, 24.com, DSTV Online, Ogilvy and an R&D division of MIH, called SWAT. She is an ‘early adopter’ and extremely interested in trends and new developments in the online space. She has an extensive network and prides herself on being able to source anything online. She also has online product management experience with products like Play, a local version of YouTube and feedalizr, a desktop social media aggregator built using Adobe Air.

Elaine Moodley 
Office Manager




Elaine is our Office & Financial Administration Manager

She also supports the running of selected client projects. One of her main projects is the Moet & Chandon Table which sees her strong organisational skills put to good use.

Elaine hold’s a BComm degree with Financial Management (UNISA) & a national diploma in Travel & Tourism (INTEC).

She also ensures that the iKineo office operates smoothly and efficiently, and bills get paid on time. She has recently had a her second baby.

Jenny Williamson 
Account Manager




After matriculating, Jenny studied Public Relations at CPUT, securing a solid grounding in consumer perception and communication. Following a highly enriching in-service training initiative run through CPUT, her passion for marketing and client service was ignited.


Prior to joining iKineo, Jenny spent three years at Egg Marketing & Communications where she worked on and managed accounts such as I&J, Disney Channel International, SPCA, Power Developments and others.


Jenny joined the iKineo team in April 2010 and is excited to be working on world class brands and tackling all challenges head-on.





Darrel Els 
Account Director




Darrel started his career as an integral part of the team that Launched Sony PlayStation in South Africa.

Following 8 years at Ster Kinekor Home Entertainment he made the transition from Client to Agency working on programmes like Absa Rewards, Mugg and Bean, Standard Bank’s Blue Bean, Betterbond’s Blue Door, Peugeot’s Le Club, Old Mutual’s Oxygen and Edgars Club.

Darrel spent the last 3 years working on New Media, Data Management, CRM and Direct Marketing for clients like Absa, Procter & Gamble, The South African Qualifications Authority, The Rewards Company and Nedbank.

Darrel joins the Johannesburg office as an Account Director.

Simone works by the motto “I take my work seriously, not myself”


With a BComm Marketing she started her career off at Red Bull Energy Drink, working on the regional marketing team for five years. This is where she confirmed her obsession with all things “marketing” and fell in love with the field. She then moved to Instant Grass Youth Collaboration Agency heading the Seeding pillar, where she developed a passion for Word of Mouth and Buzz Marketing.


She is inspired by trends, innovative marketing, boundary-less thinking, brands willing to dance on the edge, hard work and people that wear their hearts on their sleeves.


Simone joined the iKineo team in Aug 2009 and is thrilled to be contributing to the remarkable brands that iKineo works with.

Samantha Woko 
Office Assistant




Samantha’s got a natural passion for service and always greets every call as if it was her first of the day. You can always tell you’re dealing with a professional who makes an effort to smile when communicating. Respect and helpfulness are her core values and her pro-active attitude and organizational skills enjoyed by colleagues.


Samantha gained experience as a receptionist and office assistant over the last four years and has finally found a company she’s proud to call home. A mother to a four year old boy with another on the way, she hopes to grow with iKineo for a long time to come.

Desrie Govender 
Account Manager




Desrie can most often be found glued to her computer screen (out of choice). Prior to working at iKineo, Desrie was slightly nomadic for a year, trying to adjust to lot of rain, and the tube, in London.


Travels and perturbing attachments to technology aside, she does have a firm foundation in education.


Desrie has completed a BA (Media & Communication) at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (UKZN). During her time there she was involved in NUX (a student newspaper), and various activities at campus.


Solid grounding within the marketing field was attained through internships, and during her BA Honors in Brand Leadership degree at the Vega Brand Communication School, where she received practical and theoretical knowledge within marketing.





David Duarte 
Advisory Board Member




Dave Duarte is South Africa’s foremost expert in new-media marketing. He is an educator, entrepreneur, writer and speaker.

He is founder and director of a social-media marketing programme at the UCT Graduate School of Business, called Nomadic Marketing. He also lectures on the MBA programme and other executive education courses.

Dave is also co-founder of Cerebra, currently South Africa’s leading social-media consultancy with clients such as SABMiller, FNB, Wesbank, Samsung and Toyota. And has recently launched Huddlemind – a community driven social-media content and education company.

His other well-known projects include the 27dinner (a free monthly gathering for the new-media community) which he co-founded, and Muti.co.za (a peer-rated news aggregation platform) which he joined in July 2007 as part-owner.

Dave is on a mission to speed the South African web scene into global prominence so that we get recognized for the hub of diversity, creativity and ubuntu that we are.
