Joshin Raghubar CEO
Joshin’s passion is to create value by weaving together creative ideas, relationships, emerging trends, talented people, entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to action.
Prior to founding iKineo, Joshin started his career at Interactive Africa, where he was extensively involved in the 2006 Soccer World Cup Bid; project-managed the transcontinental African Connection Rally; and managed the International Design Indaba.
Joshin serves as a director of the Cape Information Technology Initiative (CITi), the public/ private sector agency tasked with development of the region as a Technology cluster; and currently serves as Chairman of the Bandwidth Barn which is Africa’s leading non-profit business incubator and accelerator for technology businesses. He has also recently joined the board of the South African Chamber of Commerce in America. Joshin has a Business Science (Honours) degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Cape Town, and a Masters in Development Studies (Cum Laude) at the University of Western Cape’s Institute for Social Development.
Joshin is a Fellow of the Southern Africa-United States Centre for Leadership & Public Values 2007/8 Emerging Leaders Programme; and was selected in 2006 as a Transformation Thinker by the Bertelsman Institute and the GTZ, as part of their global Transformation Thinkers programme. Joshin is a Fellow of the African Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
