PItching MTN
We’ve been asked by MediaCompete, one of the three shortlisted media agencies, to be a key part of their pitch and client team for the humungous MTN account. We’ve developed some awesome consumer engagement programme concepts using various social media to mobilise people. The pitch is this week. Keep your fingers crossed!

We just heard we won the MTN media account – remember the one we worked on with MediaCompete. We’ll be part of their team in servicing the account. Off to celebrate!
MTN Muziq Launches Mobi Site
MTN Muziq has just launched its mobi site for PAYG users.
The mobi site is a supplement to the Limited Edition MTN Muziq Starter Packs which are packed with a FREE CD, 16 free music downloads from MTN Loaded, plus chances to win an assortment of cool prizes.
Visitors to the mobi site can access information on the artists featured in the MTN Muziq Starter, as well find out out upcoming Tavern events, download wallpapers, and connect to MTN Muziq via social media such as Twitter.

Assegai Awards 2010
iKineo recently attended the Assegai Awards held in Johannesburg.
We entered three categories in the awards and are pleased to announced that we made it as finalists in all three categories:

World Cup 2010 Final Draw Festivities
There’s a lot going on in the Mother City today as the 2010 World Cup Final Draw takes place.
The iK team took a stroll from our Hout Street offices to check out the buzz. We spotted MTN’s Ayoba man, lots of soccer balls, and vuvuzelas, as well as a few celebs.
