Southern Comfort Lovin’ the Limelight Campaign

Southern Comfort recently held a competition for a group of friends to win fame in their city with the Southern Comfort Limelight campaign that ran from February to April. The competition took place at different venues in and around Durban, Johannesburg, and Cape Town where entrants all stood the chance to win spot prizes in the build up to the main prize – a chance for a group of friends, to star in a Southern Comfort billboard in their city for 3 months.

Southern Comfort Limelight branding at selected outlets drove awareness of the campaign. To enter, patrons had to purchase a round of SoCo Lime shooters or Southern Comfort long drinks and then have a picture taken with their group of friends.

Winners were picked on the night, and given Southern Comfort and Lime hampers to all members of the winning group with one member winning a digital camera. The overall Southern Comfort Limelight winners are currently featured on a billboard in their city!
