Status:
In progress

Project Details:
This programme is one of the engagements within the Nokia Mobile Leaders Society platform we created for Nokia to engaged with current and potential users of its business products. It facilitates interaction among emerging and established business leaders, allowing senior leaders to share their leadership insights. It is going extremely well. So far our Leadership Chats have been a great success. These chats take place once a month at a venue in Johannesburg and involve an open and honest facilitated chat with a chosen South African Leader. Leaders to date have been: Shaun Liebenberg: CEO Denel; Herman Mashaba: ex CEO Black Like Me; Ingrid Kast: CEO DAV Professional Placements (voted best company to work for in 2006); Ian Cockerill: CEO Gold Fields; John Barry: ex CEO Adcorp; Maanda Manyatshe: ex CEO MTN and the SA Post Office For more information please log onto "Nokia Mobile Leaders Society":http://www.mobileleaders.co.za

Working on Nokia has not only been a fantastic strategic and creative challenge, but a great opportunity for personal growth. How often do you get to conceptualise some great added value ideas with you team and then actually see it come to life in its pure form.

One of the initiatives we launched is the Leadership Chat programme. We offer an opportunity to meet one CEO a month in an intimate lounge setting (Saxon, yeah baby). Not only do I get to learn from Q&A session, but I also get to meet the CEO in question, ask some personal advice and …...wait for it …..the CEO then thanks us for the opportunity!

What a great learning that leaders desperatly need a platform to share knowledge and practical advice. Kudos to Nokia for sharing and believing in the vision. watch this space…...and go to the website… www.mobileleaders.co.za
