Through a deliberate and innovative strategy using direct, social media and face-to-face engagements, we helped create the powerful momentum for the brand to take South Africa by storm.
iKineo is the Pan-African lead agency for SES, the world's leading satellite provider. iKineo developed and is currently rolling out the Elevate Installer programme in East Africa. Elevate is the SES African Installer Training, Quality Assurance, and Accreditation programme. Installers assist satellite television consumers set up their dishes and decoders and are an important part of the industry value chain.
As the CRM & Direct agency for MTN South Africa, iKineo developed the Road to India campaign to grow the number of active contract customers on MTN 1-4-1, the MTN rewards programme. Leveraging MTN's equity as a sponsor of South African cricket and the World Cup in India, a multi-channel campaign using direct, mobile, digital, and social media, was highly effective in increasing the numbers of active customers and associated spend beyond expectations.
